There's another room downstairs but will only be used when all the 5 rooms are taken (it has a queen bed and a bathroom with shower and vanity).

• Upstairs: 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with 2 single beds (could be attached and make a queen bed ) and one room with a bunk of 2 and a single bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
